Hi, I’m Phil. If you’re here, I would love to talk to you about the job I probably just applied to. I’m passionate about innovation, culture-building, shipping things quickly, and generally just being a good human to work with. I’ve worked in pretty much every design-related environment you can think of (agency, studio, product, in-house, consulting, early stage / late stage startup) and built teams, worked with agencies, hired freelancers, managed, mentored, all of it. I’m currently running the UX team at Findhelp and spending a lot of my time on the Kiip platform, a startup I co-founded.
